A regular guy who refused to go bald at 35

I’m 37, live in Los Angeles, and used to be a graphic designer.

At 32 my hairline started running away faster than I could chase it. By 34 I was wearing hats indoors. By 35 I was googling “hair transplant Turkey” at 3 AM.

I tried the usual stuff — $80 caffeine shampoos, biotin gummies, and a very expensive dermatologist who basically told me “it’s genetics, good luck.”

Then in early 2023 a friend mentioned Roman. I rolled my eyes at another subscription service… but the 2-minute quiz was free, so I figured why not.

Six months later I had actual new hair growing. Not miracles, but enough that my barber asked what I was doing.

I started this blog so you don’t have to waste three years and thousands of dollars like I did.

Everything here is what actually worked for me (and thousands of other guys in the same Facebook groups and Reddit threads I lived in for two years).
