Sounds like good results without minoxidil, you have vellus hairs that need to grow longer think of them as a baby's hair, they need to reach another stage before they take off, I'm doing this experiment without minoxidil and would not think of using it until 6 months in then I will see where I am.

my hairline is filling in using no minoxidil, just making sure I go over each area 4 times making sure needle goes all the way in, doesn't matter slow or fast, just puncturing scalp seems fine, if it bleeds and turns red then you have created a wound. I'm going with this technique, may take longer or work even faster all I know is wounding and repair phase is making new hairs sprout. Taking msm and vitamin c with riboflavins. 2000-3000 g three times a day of both.

from my understanding it doesnt matter at what stage the hair is when you wound the galea.as we wound the galea and the dermal papila cells we release and we make them migrate proteins growth factors plasma(egual and better to prp)all these make an anviroment to signal the hair cycle to reset=>shed+grow new keep higher percentage to anagen phase. i believe the gap because some notice shed and some not is that these not probably have shed a already a huge amount and the remaining hair are staying in anagen.

yes I do think with long enough time and a number of other factors in place to create a great environment for hair growth that wounding without minoxidil might work for some people but like everything else I got impatient.....and figure if it works this well without minoxidil then how great can it be with it...nonetheless we shall see

one other thing you mentioned baby hair and I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but my hair while thickening does take on a softness and straightness akin to that of a little kid's hair...completely anecdotal but you know when you rub a kid on the top of the head and there hair is just soft and fine, that is what it feels like since wounding....I really think it is apparent that we are remodeling the skin and creating a youthful environment. Just my two cents.

I want add the demarroler but I'm afraid my scalp infect
I wonder what goes before and after rolling to prevent this from happening. I intend to spend the roll of 0.5 mm in and then of 1.5 mm in a range of 5 to 7 days


Ask for much help and understanding of all of you , because I use google translator and in Brazil there is not much information on the use of dermaroller to treat baldness.

it seems like the angle is different slightly but i believe it will succeed. i was looking for the patient the diefference was so dramatic when he came in that i couldnt recognize him anymore. total hair regrowth without minoxidil or finasteride.

Good to know someone else believes in the unseen, and don't care what that turd thinks. I believe 90% of hair loss is from lack of circulation! our hair is like the plants and it needs blood flow with nutrients to grow hair. Dermarolling gives best blood flow and activates ingredients.

Adhesion is kind of like fibrosis. It says that DHT causes an increase in adhesion of the vascular system. Theoretically the high DHT in the scalp increases adhesion of the scalp's vascular system.

Seriously guys you are getting way ahead of yourselves, we dont really know how well this works, it has worked on a couple people so far. I am praying it does believe me but until 2young looks like his avatar its still an experiment. Myself and a few others have gone in reverse. Squeegee is coming off a major shed and until it all comes back and then some you cant say its a cure or even a great treatment. I am going to try glycolic acid this week To boost wounding . Its great that some are enthusiastic as it keeps me positive but give this a few more months to determine its effectiveness

Just keeping it real fellas, i really want my shed hair back x 50
