I am not sure how the nizoral would help, although it should but I think I am going to go with Dr Lees either way. I plan on only using it once a day for a couple of months to see where that takes me and then if I see nothing I will go for twice a day.

I am in the same boat just I am receding, I am probably going to add the minoxidil, you might want to do the same.

Looks better shaved, but def use min and finasteride to keep it that way.

Finally I think I am ready to add the minoxidil, I was wondering if anyone used Dr Lees from the beginning and has seen positive results?
