Really sorry to hear about the horrible time you are going through. If we are all being completely honest, chances are you are pretty far gone. If attraction is one of your worries, focus your energy on being an overall healthy person. Get yourself in the gym and don't let this defeat you!

You hair is brilliant for your age. You have done everything exactly as we all hope it will go for us. I would consider chilling out as you say you are approaching your 40's or into them so really having a slight recession should be the least of your worries! All the best
