Yes Dr Lee is legit as he has to be to keep his lic. He is also a really nice guy and will answer any questions you may have via email or phone. Personally I cant take his finasteride pills as they are not for sale to US customers due to the Propecia Patents still being good for a couple more years.

I use my fingers to move the solution around but mainly to prevent it from running. You do not need to rub it in.
