i personally apply it to dry hair becuase the rogaine booklet clearly states
SCALP SHOULD BE THROUGHLY DRY BEFORE APPLICATION
dude, im not sayin how long it takes to dry,
the rogaine prescription says it should never be applied to wet scalp
i dnt know why not? maybe so that it doesnt get into the blood stream or get absorbed in other areas of the body
hellboy i agree with you there mate, i wont kill my DHT just to have hair, or maintain hair, minoxidil and hair transplants but no oral DHT killers for me 8)
