HI guys, I started using Rogaine foam almost 3 months ago, for my diffuse thinning. I not experienced a lot of shedding, I think because at first I started using Rogaine once a day everyother day, then once day everyday, slowly work my way up to twice day everyday. I am a bit disapointed...

I use Rogaine foam 2 times a day, half the cap, as recommended. Two bottles lasted me almost 4 months, am I not using enough or that's what you guys get as well.
