From what i've read on these forums it is better to take a lower dose for better effects. A higher dose can cause problems with the hair and body. 160mg a day is the one i keep hearing. Or if more 320mg. 450mg is too much.

Use a lower dose. It works best at 160 mg according to most peopel around here.
