That was me when I was on both finasteride and minoxidil for a little under a year. There’s a reference.

How long do I have left? Info: I’m 17, been on minoxidil for a long time, was on finasteride for over a year then had to quit. Dad’s balding. Mom’s brothers are balding. Mom’s dad didn’t go bald. Dad’s dad went bald and so did his dad.

I appreciate all your input, but to answer some of your questions, i have seen the doctor recently. And they told me that I should get off finasteride cause it might damage my pancreas or something. They didn’t mention the shampoo. And no, my dad went bald at 36 and his dad before him around...

what does it look like at this point? I’m 17 and have been on 5% mindoxidil for over a year now. I used to use finasteride (a quarter tablet (mg) daily until about a month ago. If anyone needs more detail, I’d be happy to deliver.
