That's interesting what you say about minoxidil. I also have normal/low blood pressure(by default), but 2% seems fine with me(no changes in blood pressure) and it is good for regrowing hair, not sure about falling. However, i was on Yaz for 3 months but had to stopped due to medical reasons...
