if you are shedding 0.1-0.2 inch hairs thats good, those are the weaker finer hairs that will shed and stronger hair will grow.

sorry for the late reply, yes that is totally normal to be shedding strong hairs also. Stick to your regimen and the shed should be over soon, most people say the second shed lasts 2-3 months so maybe try a new hair style for that time.

Success Followed By The Second Shed

After each shed your hair grows back thicker and stronger. I am now experiencing a third shed but can see that my hair has come back thicker since the secomd shed. You have to be really patient and stick to your regimen.

So ive been on minoxidil for 8 months and at month 6 my hair was looking great and a lot of hair had been restored. Then i was hit with a shed and lost 30%ish volume. Now i know shedding is normal but how often do u experience shedding and what is the cause? Just a bit annoying when u think...

No problem, shedding is temporary definitely. It might not even last for 1 month, mine lasted 2 weeks but everybody is different but I think for most people it is max one month.

Losing Hair Faster After Starting Treatment

You should definitely get on Nizoral, thats when I started to see real progress. You've gone 66 days without it and tbh I really dont know why. Personally, minoxidil/Finas does the hard work and Nizor presents the work of minoxidil/Finas in broad terms.

Need Your Guide ... Heavy Hair Fall

Look at this way... If you dont use treatment your going to go bald anyway but you'll have your hair for maybe 1-2 more years. If you use minoxidil then you will shed for AT MOST 2 months, when I started I shed for around 2 weeks before the treatment started to work. This way at least you get to...

Success Followed By The Second Shed

So... I started minoxidil and Nizoral roughly 7 months ago and have since seen amazing results. However... around 6 1/2 months I started losing the progress. Now, I understand that a second shed is quite common and it seems the hair grows back thicker and stronger. However, what I'm wondering is how...
