i recently quit propecia cold turkey due to sides, i have cut down sexual activity from once every 2-3 days to one a week. only using nizoral at the moment but may add RU. the thing about quitting propecia before is i have huge sheds even a few days after i quit. but now i don't have much of a shed.

Re: How to deal with side effects from finasteride so i followed enden's advice to take about 30-40mg of zinc everyday. noticed my hair is very thin and limpy after a couple of hours after ingesting zinc. the sexual side effects from finasteride are gone though.

What i would have done is, add RU on top of the 1.25. nothing is better than the best topical anti-androgen.

i think they mean, there should be research of an ingested medicine that stops the dht from going up to the hair follicles.

i think less sexual activity definitely makes my hair thicker, there are still hair falling out but about 60% less. its definitely tougher than you think though.
