Hello im 17 and I think I'm balding. My hair seems thinner.

My hairs wet from a shower, when I shampoo my hair gets really itchy. No sign of dandruff etc and my gp has prevailed nizoral which I've been using for 2 weeks. I feel like my hairless has gone worse but that might just me thinking it.
