I'm no Doctor, but 0.5% sounds like a high dose, especially if liposome formula yields a higher absorption. 0.5% means 5mg/ml. If you apply 1.5ml, that's about 7.5 mg a day. Even though it's topical, sounds like a high dose imo

I'd personally make two solutions and use them together (that would happen only once a day since finasteride needs to be applied 1x vs 2x for minoxidil). While it's true that alcoholic solutions easily dissolve finasteride, the vast majority of a pill is made of fillers which may not combine well...
