    I'm aware of that, but the scale and swiftness of the change was what caught me off guard. Any comments on the gym? I did a super intense program for 6 weeks. I think that could be the other reason. Anyone with similar experiences?

    EDIT: After reading this post a day later, I realised "a year of postponement" is easily misinterpreted. What meant to say was that my HAIR LOSS reached a nice standstill for a year, with some regrowth. Hi. I'm 24 and I've noticed a spurt in the rate of my hair loss over the last few months...
