Topical finasteride microdosing as additional treatment?

From this data it looks to me like the answer is 0.5 mg every 3 days. Should give you a continuous 30% reduction in DHT. Am i missing something?

Hasson & Wong to offer topical Propecia.

This is awesome, but damn I live in the US and Looks like we're still a few months out, if ever. If anyone from Canada or Europe will ship me some I'd pay a few hundred bucks per container :)

    Microdosing on finasteride - Updates?

I see all kinds of posts about plans to try microdosing, but never any updates. I'm thinking about trying 0.01 to 0.05mg daily, but would really like to hear from some others who've tried. Reports from anyone who had sides with 1mg Did you have sides with the microdose? Did it still help...

    Scared to start on finasteride

I'd think long and hard about it. I tried finasteride for about 6months. The sides got worse over time to the point that I couldn't get hard even being in bed with a totally hot naked chick. That's when I stopped. Once I stopped within a year I had a 90% recovery. I can achieve an erection 100% of...

    'Safe' exercises for hairloss?

I disagree completely. I'm 29 and have been managing my hairloss for the past few years. I love working out and used to hit the gym 5 days a week. I had to stop because of massive shedding. Sure enough as soon as I stopped the shedding stopped. I can also tell from the itching. DHT seems...

We need to go about this in a different way.

Wow, 3 whole days, were talking a good 30 hours of reading through this forum and I still have no idea what to try next. Damn, nothing but a bunch of people arguing technical points and people trying things but never reporting back after the first 3 weeks. This is not a very organized method...

What's your dosage? Long term sides?

I would disagree with you. I have always had a strong sex drive. In fact when the Doctor told me 2% of people have sexual side effects, seriously I laughed at him, and thought to myself I dare this little fkr to try to take on my libido. I didn't think there's any chance I had to worry about...

What's your dosage? Long term sides?

Not saying they're likely, just saying there's some real bad things that have happened to at least a few hundred people. It is the unlikely case though of course.

Sides from oral propecia, will topical finasteride be any better?

I have a frontal recession in the temples. Propecia worked great! After taking it for 6 months I couldn't even tell I was ever balding. But, I had sides that just got worse and worse, so I stopped a year ago. 6 months later my sides finally mostly went away, but the hair loss started again...

Does spironolactone enter systematically in any way atall??

    See viewtopic.php?f=12&t=44969&start=10 for my opinion

What's your dosage? Long term sides?

Lots of possible long term sides. Be careful with that stuff. Took me 6-8 months to recover and I'm one of the lucky ones. For some its been years without recovery. There's a whole forum dedicated to it. I think its propecia-help.com or something like that.

Does spironolactone get abosrbed systematically? Any evidence please?

Haha, try it for a week, you'll know pretty quick whether it's getting absorbed into the blood or not. Its not rocket science.
