After letting my hair grow for a while since the original post, I think the hair loss is much worse than anticipated. It even looks like it is occuring on the sides of my head. Sorry to ask so many questions, but does this look like diffuse pattern baldness?

Which medication would be the better option out of Finasteride and Dutasteride? I know that Dutasteride is more effective at blocking DHT, but I heard that it can increase testosterone which would speed up the balding process. I am not sure if that is true, what are your thoughts?
