I'm not quite sure I understand diffuse thinning I have thinning in my corners, Not anywhere else as far as I can tell. That doesn't qualify as diffuse thinning, Must be all over your scalp thinning?

I took accutane and remember reading about the side effects. ie hair loss Didn't think much about it at the time. My hair is really thin at the corners now at 25 and my skin complexion is still horrible. Not a good combo at 25 years old
