I had the same experience my 1st few D2 sessions (patchy blood spots) In my case it was a matter of technique. I move the D2 in small circular motions and don't stay in 1 spot. After 4 passes, I get the sun burn look. Im needling at 1.5mm fast.

The no pg /fast dry product isn't greasy compared to regular minoxidil unless you over apply. Usually dry in under 5min.

I'm in Canada and order from them regularly (no pg minoxidil) . Never had issues with my order. Looking at tracking info for shipments, it comes from USA. Obviously I haven't had their products tested in the lab.
