My hair is almost exactly like yours. I'm 21 and shedding quite a bit. It looks the worst when my hair is wet. I only get freaked out when I've washed my hair and a bunch of hair comes with it. I just started using Nizoral shampoo and may start using Revita. I hesitate to use Rogaine or finasteride...

I only use Nizoral too. Can I ask how long it took to see results? I'm 21 and my hair has been shedding more than usual the last 2 months. I use it 2 times a week.....maybe I should change to 3 times a week?
