I’m still wondering about cornscoops who had underlying LPP that his specialist said is why he had reflex during finasteride. He started taking treatment for that and hasn’t been back on the thread.

What about trying a stronger topical corticosteroid and metformin for adrenals. I’ve seen increasing activity around metformin with female pcos. May have underlying LPP or another factor causing shedding.

What meds work on adrenals?

Does anyone know of oral corticosteroids for hair? Topical seems hard to cover whole scalp. And ever since finasteride I have a weird skin irritation.

If I have oily scalp itchy feels like inflammation will metformin help? I see people using it for pcos, and helping reduce glucose levels.

I think everyone’s treatment is different. If you have reflex estrogen may only make your situation worse same with bica. Some people respond well to finasteride and then terrible to dutasteride. It’s all trial and error. So far estrogen bica and finasteride caused more inflammation and the only thing...

Enthante or cypionate for E injections? Which is better on hair?

And could topical finasteride work without causing the upregulation like oral finasteride does?
