    Currently on e2 enanthate weekly wround 10mg, dutasteride, spironolactone. My hairloss is correlated to a semi itchy scalp hairloss has flakes on end here and there almost like a sebum cover? Anyone had this and have solutions? When wearing hats I also get an irritation along forehead above eyebrows.

    I’m still wondering about cornscoops who had underlying LPP that his specialist said is why he had reflex during finasteride. He started taking treatment for that and hasn’t been back on the thread.

    What about trying a stronger topical corticosteroid and metformin for adrenals. I’ve seen increasing activity around metformin with female pcos. May have underlying LPP or another factor causing shedding.

    Does anyone know of oral corticosteroids for hair? Topical seems hard to cover whole scalp. And ever since finasteride I have a weird skin irritation.
