If you haven’t grown it back now, odds aren’t you won’t in the future. Maybe dutasteride would, but it’s up to you if it’s worth it

Honestly it looks fine. I’d keep some pictures and if it gets worse then think about propicia.

It’s never took too late to start meds. Just don’t set your expectations too high and jump right in.
