by the way if anyone decides to take supplimental zinc don't go crazy with it and take hundreds of milligrams a day, that can be bad for you, it is a copper antagonist and can make your body loose alot of copper. Just take the recommended dose

No one would willingly loose their hair, it happens and it pretty much sucks. Propecia sides suck, and it may more may not work. If it does work you will look like a balding guy for about five years until you get sick of the sides and quit it. Minoxil regrows alittle bit of gee wiz tiny...

dude your reg dosent have minoxidil in it. Minoxidil is like the only thing that will actually regrow hair. If your considering killing yourself over hairloss I would at least throw minoxidil on the list. Also you might want to treat that depression and anxiety. Going bald isn't worth dying...
