    You’re hair looks good. All finasteride is supposed to do is prevent or slow future hair loss. Stay consistent and don’t go off it again. If you continue losing hair, then maybe try something stronger such as dutasteride.

    Doesn’t look like you’re balding. Although I’m sure the cowlick is wider than it was in your twenties, it’s still fairly full. Not to mention, you’re 34, so aggressive hair loss is not something to worry about.

    Does it look a lot different than it did before? That would say a lot. Considering how young you are, I’d assume you’ve always had a high hairline. Nonetheless, it looks like the early stages of male pattern baldness. Topical minoxidil is a good start.

    Nothing to do with diet. Asians lose less hair even when transitioned to a western diet because of their genetics. In fact, eating healthy may raise testosterone - which means more of the by product DHT.
