Anytime you shift your hormones you’re risking telegon effluvium. That can be immediately, or it can be months from when you shifted it

Been using deca solo for a week, accidentally crashed my e2 hard and got a massive headache+shedding but hair quality is still the same so far. I’ll let you guys know how deca+ru58841+a little exogenous estradiol (need it to maintain decent levels) goes but I’m not planning on staying on it...

I can’t use them anyway rn, they only trigger my occipital neuralgia. Would only use ru

So if I’m regrowing and rethickening on just 1 mg e and 50 mg spironolactone, could I switch over to deca solo with exogenous e (like .5mg daily) and ru58841? I need strength to fix my posture so my nerve issue can stop and I can use 5ar inhibitors

The idea that hair miniaturization only occurs between hair cycles and it takes months to see results is false from my observation. I’m kind of the opposite of Almas, I can notice improvement in my hair in only 2 weeks using borderline sub hrt doses of estrogen and spironolactone. You can also see...

The texture of the miniaturized areas has changed. Use to feel extremely rough, now it feels a lot softer and like the rest of my hair. Looks better too

I’m just sad my hair isn’t the same quality it was when I was younger. It’s not that deep

I will, T just doesn’t regrow hair. Once my hair is in a decent spot again I’m good, I’m barely taking any e as it is and improving

What part of “not susceptible to male pattern baldness” didn’t you understand? I’m not going to start spamming pics of ftms, but T is known to make hair texture curlier and denser. Anyway it’s sh*t genetics not testosterone. My dad is still nw1 with some slight defuse thinning at 60 and my uncle is the same age...

Go ask ftms or look at their results, hell looks at teenage boys compared to girls. Testosterone darkens and thickens hair, but over time it will damage hair follicles if you’re susceptible to male pattern baldness.
