There are examples on this thread that show impressive results just with needling. Unrelated but I never had any shedding with the regime. I know some suggest an initial shed with minoxidil. no itching or scalp irritation despite heavy sometimes daily wounding.

No, I did nothing to my hair before hair transplant. you are correct I cannot say if needling or minoxidil is responsible for my gains. I’ve only got my gut feel to go by.
