If the price gouging is too bad on third party sites, you can set up an address in the UK/Europe that will forward mail to the US for relatively cheap. It does work, the problem which you can see in their phase II is that it causes HPA axis side effects. If you're going to risk that, just use finasteride instead.

Depends on the person, some people are great responders to finasteride. Doesn't seem like that is the case SAMiRNA or we would have seen it in the pictures.

That makes sense, but I am one of the people who gets a lot of regrowth with finasteride, it isn't a maintenance drug for me. Unfortunately it comes with side effects I'm not willing to tolerate. If SAMiRNA is strictly for maintenance, I will pass. Maintenance is better than nothing, but not...
