I would start finasteride, I've had absolutely no sides from it. Also start nizoral 2% shampoo 3x wk, you can also try minoxidil 10-15% which you can find online. Dermaroll 2x wk to help the absorption of what ever you decide to use topically.

Forgot to mention dermarolling 2x week, this I started with the trinov.

Currently using minoxidil 10%, nizoral 2% shampoo 3x week and just restarted finast this week. Stopped both Dutast and finast several months ago. So I guarantee it's the trinov because that's when the growth began. I have absolutely no reason to lie.

Actually I'm wrong first pic was about 4 wks, so now it's been 6 wks. Just had major shoulder surgery so can't really think straight. Those are new hairs I have no reason or benefit to lie. This stuff began working quickly on me and my hair and nails grow fast.

If you zoom in on the second pic you can see new hairs sprouting. Now they've obviously grown.

I definitely think trinov, without a doubt works. Just by my pic alone you can see regrowth and it's barely been 4 wks.
