    Glyco-nutrients - anybody using/got any info?

There seems to be a lot of talk about at the moment about glyconutrients. Which are these supposed 8 essential sugars; xylose fucose galactose glucose mannose N-acetylglucosamine N-acetylgalactosamine N-acetylneuraminic acid (a sialic acid) Apparently they are required by every cell in the...

which minoxidil product has the nicest feel/smell/look?

Yes, it does but I kinda like that, it makes it easier to style my hair. Howevere, if you keep combing through your hair the crispiness does brush out

which minoxidil product has the nicest feel/smell/look?

definitely Spectral.DNC - dries completely and non-greasy in under 15mins and then hairstyling is easy. Leaves no visible residue either

Are my fears about minoxidil justified?

I have been using minoxidil based products for over 3 years (including Spectral) and I have never been affected by any of the things you described above. You should defo give spectral a go, it's the best of the bunch- I've tried them all

Then I can just comb my hair normally - the DNC actually acts like a decent holding mousse. The difference between DNC and DNC-L is the...

Ok, that also makes sense but what about the purpose? Why have we evolved to lose hair in this manner? Any current theories on this?

So look ok, WHAT changes as we age to trigger hair loss?

I get the DHT part, I get the androgen sensitivity part and I get the age part. The science here makes sense, but... the part I dont get is why male pattern baldness occurs in such a predictable pattern? If all of the hair follicles are sensitive to dht for whatever reason, then how come hairloss starts with...

    Nanogen/Toppik recycling

Does anybody here recycle their Nanogen/Toppik In the evening before I apply Rogaine Foam I comb through my hair and collect all the fibers from the comb then put them back into the nanogen bottle. I by no means recover all the fibers but quite a significant amount. I simply rub them off the...
