Unforunately finasteride is not so easy to get in my country. It's not the one that is sold in the US, just some variations which are not the same thing. Minoxidil has not really worked for me, though doctors told me that the brand that I've been using(Alopexy) is very bad.

It is not just about keeping my hair because it already looks ugly. I told you I tried minoxidil and all sorts of pills. But it only aggravated everything. I want to regrow it, have more hair but I read once your follicle falls, it never regrows.

My hairloss on minoxidil increased. I shed 50+ hairs per day in the sink. My head looks worse than before i started the treatment and I feel ashamed to go go school and outside the house overall... Should I keep going?
