I would recommend you to get in touch with your surgeon, because many have their own specific post-op care. Lotions are very common but consult your doctor to be sure and do nothing on your own.

Obviously the main disadvantage of FUT is the scar. However, it's still an option for people who doesn't cut their hair very short or are not qualified for FUE. Like AnxiousAndy wrote before, more hair can be transplanted with FUT as well. So FUT isn't outdated as you may think.

I think it's possible only for MZ Twins, because they are genetically identical sharing about 100% of the genes.
