"Don't do it"? Well, wigs work for some. But then so do concealers. If you're thin on top try Toppik or nanogen - neither is messy and both are pretty convincing. Hairpieces should be treated with the utmost caution as, whilst they do work for some, they can be an absolute fukin' nightmare...

I heard that. I wish I'd never started on concealers. Yeah OK they bought me about three years of "confidence" but I was just in denial, if ever I was in a crowd, on a bus or train I would bristle waiting for someone to notice. Then when my hair got too thin I got a wig and the nightmare...

Re: Hairloss question, age 22 I had years of tingling whilst it was falling out but never much itching. I tried Nanoguard shampoo and that made my head really itchy so I stopped it. Sorry can't be of much help here.
