Well I've got perfect ears. The most beautiful, small, neat little sound recepticles that sit nice and flat against my head. Over the years I have received innumerable compliments about them from jealous guys and gals alike. The ladies especially like to nuzzle them and poke their tongues...
"Don't do it"? Well, wigs work for some. But then so do concealers. If you're thin on top try Toppik or nanogen - neither is messy and both are pretty convincing. Hairpieces should be treated with the utmost caution as, whilst they do work for some, they can be an absolute fukin' nightmare...
People laugh at you cos yr head's bald? Do you live in a town populated by retards? I've been balding for years and I've only ever been aware of one person who laughed at my bald head, but as I was f*****g her at the time I don't think she saw it as a turnoff...
Dudemon, what a whining...
HP - yeah OK but we're hardly talkin about drugs or hair transplant here - its just concealers and a hat and that aint the same thing at all. SAFs damn right if you are dependant on yr hat you cant get a good job etc IMO the best way is to confront it just buzz it off if you really cant handle that just...
Do it man youre exactly where I was two months ago i'm two years older thn you started losing at 20 lived in hell for 10 years... just have a few beers for courage get the clippers out and buzz it off. I did this two months ago after years of toppik and then a wig (oh the shame) finally had...
Beemark - interesting analogy about the cars but I think your post would be more valid if you used the phrase "in my opinion" a little more. That is after all what you're offering. Sure lots of hair-wearers will share your opinion but plenty of us don't and for some (all stigma aside)...
I heard that. I wish I'd never started on concealers. Yeah OK they bought me about three years of "confidence" but I was just in denial, if ever I was in a crowd, on a bus or train I would bristle waiting for someone to notice. Then when my hair got too thin I got a wig and the nightmare...
Re: Hairloss question, age 22
I had years of tingling whilst it was falling out but never much itching. I tried Nanoguard shampoo and that made my head really itchy so I stopped it. Sorry can't be of much help here.
Re: Let's see if healthy body means healthy hair...
My mate's a recently-reformed alcoholic, same age as you. He was pickled for ten years and chainsmokes heavy Marlboros. He would go without eating for, quite literally, a week at a time, surviving off booze. He used to be a head on a...
CaptSandy go and shove your MagGro up your arse. If it's so bloody effective, why don't you give them away?
JDW - I've been shedding like you for four years. It started aged 26 when I was a NW3 on Minoxidil (which I then quit) and it never stopped. I went from NW3 to NW6 in four years. Will...
S.A.F. - I don't quite see the point in saying
Like that never crossed my mind... anyway have a look at the link below and maybe you'll get more of an idea of why I'm disinclined to go the finasteride route. Bear in mind it's a forum for UNRESOLVED problems...
Cheers ghg - I know what you mean about the "unnatural" thing. Lots of guys on here seem to be OK with the concept and maintain their pieces are undetectable; to me it feels like I'm cheating myself and the world, and as for undetectable - I've seen loads of pieces out and about since starting...
