May i know whats the best time to take vitamins supplements, morning or evening time before bed ?

My scalp have got this bruising pain together with hair loss. I felt pain when any body touches my head or my hair.. But my scalp looks perfectly normal with no bump, jus that bruising pain.

how long does it actually take to recover

hey me too, i been having this Telogen Effluvium thing for a couple of months already, and i have this burning sensation on my scalp, which i don't dare to touch my scalp. Just hopping it will go away.

hi i have been through alot of stress, and all this stress is causing my hair to fall, and i have this burning sensation on my scalp.. any 1 have any idea that how can i get rid of this burning sensation. ?? :cry:

is there any thing u can do to reduce the burning sensation or treat it or it will just go away after a while..

i mean not all grew but it improved and felt thicker after a month.

its been a month since i drop minoxidil, for the first 2 weeks my hair is at its shittiest state, but after a month or so.. most of the hair grew back... jus my own personal experience :)

does it cause hair loss, as masturbation has been linked to hair loss
