I have heard about Dr Wesley's Pilofocus method. It's an interesting approach, however, and because both multiplication and underskin harvest of grafts is far from been effective right now, I think I've done what I could for my case and really, I am very happy with the results.

Hi, my first hair transplant, back in 2006, left me same small scars (white dots) because of the tools which were 1,1-1,2 mm in diameter, all the rest from 2010 onwards (with tools 0,95-0,7mm) didn't leave a sign. In my beard donor area they worked with 0,7 and 0,8mm tool and you cannot see anything at all...

If you are a "clear NW6" then yes you probably need around 10.000 grafts, but if you have some of your hair left, then take a look at my case (in my signature) with almost 6.300 grafts. However, the Hasson case is not a NW6 I think is less than that.

No it wasn't painful at all. Actually, it seems (both times) that the beard area is healling faster than the head donor area, strange but true (for me at least). However, the initial anaisthesia in the beard area is somewhat more painful than that on the head, but it's just last for a second...

it's all depends on your density of your donnor area and also if you are willling to use some of your beard (and less, from you body, if any). From your pictures I cannot understand the density of your donor, but I am sure that any professional hair transplant doctor or clinic can do the maths... So you have...

Not only me, plenty of other guys can answer that. BUT... be sure that you will need more than one hair transplant and most certain, some grafts from Beard and/or body. Preferably, the best candidate for a succesful hair transplant in >Norwood 5 is someone with small head and plenty of Beard and Body hairs.... that is the...
