Hair loss is what ages your appearance the most. I'm speaking from first-hand experience.

Go see dermatologist, this is way faster than normal hair loss should look like.

True, but I have really thick hair on the sides on my head (around the ears) and my hair grows in the air, it doesn't slide down my head. Those two things make me look redicolous when I have longer hair so I have to trim it down often. That brings us back to visible scalp on crown :confused...

April update. I feel I have slightly more hair on crown area than before. I could be wrong, of course. Maybe it's just because my hair is a bit longer than it was a month ago. At least the shirt is same as the last month version of it :D

Why not trying topical spironolactone first? Less side effects definitely. Or topical spironolactone doesn't really work for hair loss ?
