SMI-6 Group Buy Round 2 (PRLR Antagonist)

SMI-6 as Monotherapy: my outcome and results.

Yes I always applied 0.2mL twice a day on temples. I didn't need more, it would have been a waste if I put more volume on this area. I think it wasn't that low as the smi goes directly near the hair when applied topically, meanwhile orally the 60mg are split in the entire body (but i'm not an...

SMI-6 as Monotherapy: my outcome and results.

The thing is that theoretically, after 3 years of application, minoxidil didn't have effects on my hair anymore. So dropping it wouldn't do so much, especially if smi was a potent hairloss drug, it would have counteract the potential effects of minoxidil discontinuation. But smi isn't potent enough.

SMI-6 as Monotherapy: my outcome and results.

Thanks. But an important thing that i didn't precise in my first post is that i wanted to see if smi alone could maintain my minoxidil gains, i was tired to apply topical minoxidil since 3 years.

SMI-6 as Monotherapy: my outcome and results.

Thanks ! Probably. It inhibits potently the majority of the prlr signalling downstream the receptor. So no problem of competition with prolactin. I think it worth a try, I'll follow the outcome from those who are participating to the first groupbuy (they'll receive it soon). And if it works...

SMI-6 as Monotherapy: my outcome and results.

I wonder if quitting minoxidil had a big impact or not. On one hand I was on minoxidil since 3 years wich means I reached the optimal efficacy 2 years before i stopped. On the other hand it is possible that i was maintaining with minoxidil, then when i quit the hair i maintained started to go...

SMI-6 as Monotherapy: my outcome and results.

Hello guys. I wanted to share you my experience of using SMI as monotherapy for 6 months ( from +/- 06/15/2021 to 12/13/2021 ). I post it on the research subforum as it is the most visited subforum and as the subject is about an experimental drug. My discord pseudonyme is Sc0tt1sh. APRIL - I...

Very Impressive Dermarolling And Minxodil Results - From Tressless

I'm wondering if you're serious or not. You really think wounding the same area once a month (minimum) for years won't make this area a good place to initiate tumours ? Studies are not everything, we can also use our brain. If many studies show that not letting wounds heal is carcinogenic, and...

    Group Buy: ARV-110 PROTAC+ WAY-200070 ERb Agonist

Can't know when another gb will be open. However, if we notice it works a new gb could be made rapidly. I think you will be able to purchase some after the gb is closed. It have been done during the first SMI gb, some were buying even 2 or 3 weeks after it was "closed". If not you'll probably...
