My father and grandfather are bald .On my mom's side no one had male pattern baldness

Is there any way to maintain it without minoxidil?

I want to maintain my crown area.I am 22 years of age x Can i mainatin alone of dustasteride? Minoxidil irritates my scalp even foam also
