I was just wondering if anyone could recommend anything to help prevent hair from falling out or if possible promote regrowth... I'm desperate! :cry: I am trying this product now called "Thymuskin" has anyone heard anything about it or even used it themselves? let me know guys! Thanks :) -Gill

I have had Alopecia Areata for about 7 or 8 years now, I have used the steroid injections in the past year. They do seem to help stop the hair from falling out BUT, doesn't help grow it back...so it's a little slow comming. They are worth a try tho! :) Good luck with them if you decide to go...

I just want to say thank you for sharing your story! I am so fed up with this whole hair loss thing, but knowing that women are going thru the same frustrations as me helps me get thru it a lot easier, I wish I had come across this site 7 years ago.
