I use foam in the morning before work and am able to style my hair within 15 minutes. At night I towel dry my hair and use liquid, but slowly moving to foam at night too. Less flakes and dries much faster.

Yes do to my job, I can only do it at night before I go to bed. So I only apply foam once a day.
