Hi guys, I going to try this regime! Big believer in the inflammation story. Are Perilla leaves the same as Shiso leaves? I cant find any Perilla leaves in my country but I can find Shiso leaves. WikiPedia is not really clear about it, I think it is? Keep up Telogen Effluvium good work!
