    I’ve been taking minoxidil for the past few months and have been primarly shedding where I applied the medicine. Not sure if it’s worth continuing. Needing advice. i also have some thinning in the nape region which I don’t really see much of in other hairloss.

    I had almost no frontal thinning, only some on crown. Nape had minor thinning too

    The parts i applied the topical is down the middle and the crown. So the ththinning is only where i applied the medicine

    Currently using minoxidil, a couple months into it I get this heavy shedding. male pattern baldness runs in the family, not every male in family is slick bald though. Is this thinning from the minoxidil? Or just further genetic hairloss? Thinking about whether or not I should discontinue. Any thoughts?
