I might try ru too. But I really feels like dht is not the culprit cause 1) it ressemble some FPHL. And there are some woman with total androgen insensitivity syndrome that still have FPHL (meaning the cause is not an androgen). 2) classic Androgenetic Alopecia treatment are not working for ppl with dupa 3)...

Did anyone find something that works ? 2 years finasteride, 10 months oral minoxidil (5mg), 8 months 0.5 mg dutasteride then switched to 1.5mg dutasteride 10 weeks ago, nothing is working .

Nop I didn't. I did a lot of researches about DUPA on reddit and some people said it didn't work for them. I'm willing to try if 1.5mg dutasteride doesn't work tho. (btw we are a lot of people with DUPA trying to find the cure, but no one found it yet)

Tried finasteride for 2 years, 0.5mg dutasteride + 5mg oral minoxidil for 8 months, switched to 1.5mg dutasteride 2 weeks ago and nothing worked. Thinning everywhere on my scalp ( with miniaturization), and even more on the sides than on top. I think there is something else than DHT causing DUPA but idk what :(

I don't really understand this part, can someone explain ? Does it mean that CsA interaction with prolactin receptor is useful (cause it act right on the receptor instead of the total prolactin level)?

Where did you get those informations ? DUPA is not DPA. Classic Androgenetic Alopecia treatments works well for DPA (diffuse thinning on top) but not for DUPA (diffuse everywhere - Inculding the donor area)

Really hoping this could help for DUPA. There is 0 research about this type of hair loss and finasteride is not working.
