Hello all, I quited finasteride 3 months ago. But my semen is still like water. That means I am facing permanent side effects? and also I would like to ask you how long did it take for you turn back normal after you stopped taking finasteride?

Sexual Side effects of finasteride arent related with molecule. They are related blocking dht. And also If you block your dht, your body produces more esteogen. So it might cause puffy breast.

People who were treated only microneedling havent got significant result at the chinese study. And also you are claiming "they got more results"

Do you apply minoxidil right after microneedling?

I dont think that microneedling is a cure without finasteride or dutasteride in the long run. because hair will start shedding again. we need to protect hair follicles from dht. in short term yes the results are pretty remarkable but it shows us, minoxidil and microneedling are working together...

finasteride usually stops shedding in 3-4 months. if i were you i would keep going at least for 6 months. if your hair continues shedding after 6 months you can think to change the treatment.

yes you should increase your dosage from 1 mg every other day to 1 mg per day. because taking 1 mg per day is recommended. right way to use finasteride is to take 1 mg every day. are you suffering from sides?

most of responders started microneedling and minoxidil at the same time. even the studies were the same way. minoxidil is super efficient at first 6 weeks. and if we combine minoxidil with microneedling at first, the results are getting better.

Using minoxidil right after dermarolling is very dangerous imo. We should use at least 24 hours later. If scars are big we need to wait a bit more.
