95 % of the time the cases over 35 means there will be no balding maybe just recession. However they might draw the unlocky card and lose their hair. There are many cases. But if someone become 50 without balding he can be mostly assured he wont be bald in his remaining years.

Dutasteride and finasteride does not differ in results a lot. Finasteride is a safer bet though.

As far as I know it is a matter of time: What I mean is that given long enough time like a year your blood have a certain amount of the topical and it will be along the lines with using oral.

Topical is prone to sides as well when you use it for long enough it will be built in your system as far as I know. You say that you have sides are you 100 percent sure? Maybe it is your mood, attitude or another drug like antidepressant or nocebo effect?
