Are the First few weeks Post OP results like the final results in terms of density? Are all the hairs already showing?

I noticed most of the guys with receding hairline and weak temporal peaks have these typical low T faces... On the the german male pattern baldness wikipedia page it’s even written that male pattern baldness and low t are linked. What do you think?
