So, I ordered some generic finasteride and took it for 3 weeks before deciding to quit and get a real prescription from a Doctor for Propecia. I ordered some generic Propecia and some brand name Propecia. The brand is roundish and red, while the generic is a small yellow and circular. The brand looks to be about twice the size of the generic. Is this normal? How could it be that much larger and be the same thing? They are both 1...

i've been taking 0.5 mg finasteride every day for exactly 3 weeks now, in the last few days i've noticed my forehead and nose is becoming super oily. my forehead feels sorta 'thick' too with oil, even after i wash my face or take a shower. i got this same side effect from taking saw palmetto last...

bump :dunno: would it be bad to switch from one to the other? I've been taking the Finotop for about two weeks, and have about 45 pills of Finotop and 60 of Finmax left

hmm, interesting. what about taking 1 mg every other day instead of 0.5 mg every day?

Two years ago, I took it for about a month and panicked after reading about side effects. I maybe experienced some of the sides with 1 mg daily... Im thinking of giving it another go. Would 0.5 mg per day be a good idea? Maybe less results but less sides Im thinking. My hair's not bad yet...

I started about a week ago, and noticed my forehead gets very, very oily ... Im not noticing any other side effects, except after I urinate there's usually an extra drip maybe like 20 minutes later. Im guessing this has to do with shrinking the prostate? Anyone else have a similar...
