Shake shake shake, shake shake shake, shake my NANO, shake my NANO ... Dr. P doesn't say anything about shaking well before using, but I was concerned that some settling may occur, so I usually shake my NANO before I apply it. Do you think this is a good, or bad idea? I'd hate to be a SOD...

I hear you brother. Somebody told me I was losing my hair because of my jeans, so I switched from Wranglers to Levis. Didn't seem to make much difference so far, but I'll give it about 6 months.

Tricomin and AC work for me. Folligen makes my itch worse for some reason. Another thing that I have found that works on my itch is the Jason's Thin to Thick conditioner. After using it my scalp feels cool and refreshed similar to applying the Tricomin and AC spray.
