So I’m back and these pictures show how my hair looks now. I have been taking finasteride for almost a year now same with dermarolling (1.5mm) and I switched from 5% minoxidil twice per day to 15% once a day and have been using the 15% one for 3 months now.

@hemingway_the_mercenary could you shed some light? Would topical finasteride add more results to oral dutasteride (i.e. Work synergistically?) or it is useless like putting water to the bucket full of water? I don’t want to buy RU58841 as my treatment plan is already quite heavy financially.

So most often people who begin balding agressively at young age might need to use dutasteride in order to keep their hair. That’s what I’m doing.

I’m planning to buy one of these 15% minoxidil solutions. The thing is one is 15% minoxidil only and the other one also has 15% minoxidil and contains 0,1% finasteride.

So I am on dutasteride 0.5mg daily and wondering if adding 0.1% finasteride topical solution would result in any additional benefits in terms of temple regrowth. The topical solution with finasteride also contains minoxidil 15% which I’m planning to apply on my temples.

Good that new regimen is working for you but why did you get such an agressive shed on previous treatment plan? It’s like you went from full head of hair to agressive balding in a mere few months. What was the possible reason if you can think of one? Were you stressed, or maybe one of these...
