Hi, all, Most the people taking finasteride here report their dose as 1mg but to get that you have to cut your pill in to five pieces. My question is are ya'll actually cutting it in to five pieces for a 1mg dose which seems really taxing (dividing a pill in to fifths) or are you just quartering it and...

Is there any difference in quality between Fincar/Finasteride/Proscar? I was about to order Proscar (5mg tablets) but saw Fincar (1mg tablets) and thought if they're the same quality it's gonna be easier for me to cut Fincar in to 0.5mg. Thanks.

Yeah... but not if it means your hair constantley sheds the entire time you're using your treatments. It takes me several months just to grow my hair to a decent, stylable length :p
