I pulverized a 5mg (0.154g weight) tablet, and using now 0,02mg (0.6mg) with a digital scale. Then i put the powder in a empty gelatine capsule. But its really not a lot of powder, so i am concerned whether so little powder at all works. Should i buy 1mg tablets, or am i doing it right?

And what about teenagers with really high T? Do they also get into problems with Estrogen? A normal trt will only bring me to high range levels, that young guys have naturally.
